East, meet West.

When I first met with Sarah she politely told me that we could not discuss any flowers until I saw “the book.” A small black coffee table book appeared and a story in photographs began to unfold. Sarah and Jacob met several months after they had both been on separate trips to Oregon. While there they had both visited a Japanese garden, taken pictures, and stored them away. Soon after they started dating they realized that they had taken some of the almost exact same pictures at almost the exact same times. They fell in love, got engaged, and, obviously planned their wedding around this lovely Japanese garden that they had unknowingly shared their first moments together. After reading “the book” I, of course, swooned and said something to a floral designer’s equivalent of “yes, please.” (Let me insert here that this was a wonderful way for all of her vendors to gain insight into the vision for their special day.)

Their wedding took place at The Solarium in Decatur, GA.  Aregrayline Photography was there to capture all their sweet moments and their lovely little details as well. Enjoy!
